Please adhere to the deadlines mentioned in the Important Dates. All participants are required to register and pay their registration fee before the registration deadline. If you pay before the early bird deadline you will get a cheaper rate on the registration fee.

 

Register as Delegate

You're simply required to fill out the Registration form for Delegates and send it to us via email before the registration deadline.

Register as Presenter (Abstract submission)

You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper if it passes the review.

Register as Author (Full paper submission)

You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the journal if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.

You can pay your registration fee through bank transfer or PayPal, please contact conference secretary at icemi@iedrc.org for bank account or PayPal account.
Note: We should receive the exact amount of registration fees. If not, the participant has to pay the balance due at the registration desk. Therefore, the participant has to add 30 USD for the international transaction cost.

Note
1. One regular registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references for one main author of the paper.
2. One regular registration covers only one author. Co-authors SHOULD also register in-order to join in the conference and display their name in the conference materials.
3. All the registration fees quoted above are inclusive the Taxes.
4. If you would like to register as committee member, please send email to msie@acm-sg.org to apply.
If the refund is requested prior to June 1, 2027, 30% of registration fee will be charged. No refund will be processed after June 1, 2027. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretary.

Personal Reason
The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure
The conference cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of circumstances such as weather damage, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic etc. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
